  3.           From solid to liquid- Fusion
  4.           From solid to gas- Sublimation
  5.           From gas to liquid- Condestation

                    





  1.        In a solid state, the atoms are packed together and move only slighty 
  2.        In a liquid state, atoms move around each other, bur are still closed together 
  3.      In a gas state the atoms are further apart from each other and move only slighty no,  it moves fast in all directions.
